Annual Prizegiving

This year we are holding our annual prizegiving on a regular club night because we know everyone is busy. We are trying a different format to encourage members to attend and share in celebrating the success of others over the last year.

BBQ Dinner

We will be holding a BBQ dinner from 6pm for some socializing before the awarding of trophies. Come along and enjoy a great evening with fellow hunters and members.

Prizegiving

The awarding of trophies for the past year will start at 730pm following the BBQ dinner. Everyone is welcome and members are encouraged to attend the prizegiving.

Raffle Draw

To help with catering for the BBQ, we would like members to register prior to the prizegiving. To encourage prior registration, we are running a raffle for a mincer. To be in the draw for the mincer, you must register for the prizegiving BBQ before 5pm Monday 3rd of July.

The mincer raffle will be drawn after the awarding of trophies. The winner must be present to claim the mincer. If the prize is not claimed within 5 minutes, the raffle will be redrawn.
